BLOG a bit
I've added 2 new products to jewelry and one great new product to sewing. Take a look!! Let me know what you think. Thanks.
This might be the last day with sunshine for awhile, so I won't be long.
Over the past couple of days, I have been consumed by a push to create a new kind of look in jewelry that I haven't done before. I'm going to put them under "jewelry" and would sincerely appreciate comments.
I also have some sewing that I would like to finish and then post.
Then I'm going to paint. I might , if I feel brave, post some here on the blog for comment.
I'm also going to email everyone and post on FB that my website is up again.
The sun is calling.
I think it's important to mention that my jewelry is sold at The Tibetan Center in Woodstock NY. This is an amazing place to go and not just for my jewelry!
My dear friend, Steve Drago owns and runs the Center. They sponsor all sorts of programs especially concerning Tibet. They have a very cool thrift shop with an abundance of useful things, most in great condition.
All proceeds go to support Tibet.
I do take money for my jewelry on a consignment basis with part of my sales also going to charity.
Please visit soon. Especially with the better weather coming. Thanks.
I guess that sidebar isn't really a sidebar.
I want to get this site up and going because I have decided that for me this will be the best way to sell my eclectic creations. I can sell at reasonable prices because there is no middle person. No consignment fees. No having people over and having them feel uncomfortable because they don't want to buy anything right now. I think this venue creates enough space between me and whomever wants to purchase or custom order something.
Since I stopped paying attention to my old website, I have had surgery on my right hand. It has taken over a year for me to get up to speed on arts and crafts.
I've also started to paint. I've done some nice, small watercolors that will get posted eventually. I still haven't set up a store, so email is the best way to get in touch with me.
This is a start. Feeling good. Feeling like there will be a lot more!
